The phenomenon of absence from work due to sickness is the resultant of many internal and external factors and is currently one of the main challenges in the area of ​​human resources management in the organization. The main goal of the workshop is to raise awareness and build an appropriate attitude of HR staff and the executives and to promote knowledge of new and effective tools for comprehensive management of absenteeism in the organization. The training comprises theoretical instruction based on knowledge acquired by Conperio and verified in practice in Polish enterprises.
